Summer training 2010

Adults and juniors, summer’s coming, so let’s train at South Surrey Karate club for the month of July. Summer training will focus on weapons,kata and staying in shape by stretching and conditioning.  
Training for summer will be at Mi-Cher’s Dance Studio 214-15272 Croydon Drive.  Starting on  Monday, July 5th be at the dance studio at 6p.m.

Shiai and Japanese Cultural and Martial Arts Demonstration

Congratulations to all !  Participants  and spectators thought the 30th anniversary for the White |Rock Club was a tremendous success.
