Adults and juniors, summer’s coming, so let’s train at South Surrey Karate club for the month of July. Summer training will focus on weapons,kata and staying in shape by stretching and conditioning.  

Training for summer will be at Mi-Cher’s Dance Studio 214-15272 Croydon Drive.  Starting on  Monday, July 5th be at the dance studio at 6p.m.

After the summer we’ll be back to regular training at Pacific Heights Elementary School.  The regular times of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday will apply. See you there!

Congratulations to all !  Participants  and spectators thought the 30th anniversary for the White |Rock Club was a tremendous success. Many thanks go to Tak Sameshima and the White Rock Karate Club  members as well as those who performed the exceptional  demonstrations of the Koto( string), Shakuhachi (bamboo flute), Taiko(drum), Kendo( bamboo shinii) and Shigin(poem chanting). Your efforts made this  a special event for the White Rock community.
